At GRLS CLUB, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns policy

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and must include proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Gift cards
• Sale items

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@grlsclubldn.com.

Return delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

International returns

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please ensure that you clearly mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any customs charges. GRLS CLUB is not responsible for any customs charges incurred on returned items. All customs charges must be paid by the customer.
